Customer Operations
We deal with all the back-office to-dos like customer onboarding, all the processes that need to be done when they transfer from a different bank to ERSTE, issuing credit cards, sensitive support for legacy topics and much more.
Lending Services
We prepare credit documents and check all the details behind a financing project. We pay out the money and administer all the related accounts, issue banking guarantees, work in real-estate lending and check balance sheets. All this and more for both retail and corporate clients.
Payment Processing
We process domestic (Austrian) and foreign payment orders and cheques for Erste Group clients. We ensure that the correct amounts go into and out of customer accounts on time.
Data Maintenance
We focus on the entire client-care process behind the scenes – from enrolling an end-customer in the system, updating data and verifying information based on documents and registers, to linking relationships within Erste Group.
